Leadership program graduates 2018-19 class

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Heart of Wisconsin Community Leadership program recognized 13 new community leaders graduating from the 2018-19 program, in a ceremony held May 30 at Bulls Eye Country Club.

The program is an “interactive development program” created to increase community awareness, develop leadership tools, and created positive change.

This year’s program projects included: a “Small Town Big Ideas Entrepreneurship Feature” and a “Community Outdoor Learning Center.”

The graduates were: Penny Antell, Mead Elementary School; Kim Grover, Tri-City Services; Pam Heineck, Wood County Title; Emily Kent, Incourage; Sue Lindow, Wisconsin Rapids City Times; German Olivares, Wisconsin Rapids Police Department; Tonya Olson, NextHome Partners; Javan Radtke, WoodTrust Bank; Sarah Salewski, Wood County Health Department; Steph Schmid, Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce; Patrick Slattery, M3 Insurance; Tyler Sneen, Water Works & Lighting Commission; and Tim Tschudy, Domtar.
