WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Lincoln High School baseball team is headed to sectional competition, following a May 30 win against Chippewa Falls.

Rapids beat “Chi Hi” 9-0 in a dominating performance at Witter Field. The win takes them to Eau Claire on June 4 to face SPASH in the Division 1 semi-final sectional game at 10 a.m.

SPASH finished first in the Wisconsin Valley Conference and Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln finished second.

The winner of that semi-final game will go on to face the winner of the Marshfield vs. Eau Claire North semi-final game scheduled for the same day at 1 p.m.
