WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Material Girls Quilt Club of Wisconsin Rapids is hosting their 10th annual quilt show which will be a full week event this year.

Club members come together to display their works and share their love of quilts and quilt making. Visitors are also encouraged to vote for their favorite quilts in a number of categories, and quiltmakers are awarded with visitor choice awards. The event will also feature guest speakers and a quilt raffle.

There is no cost to attend the events, which will be held in the Johnson & Hill Building, 320 W. Grand Ave., Ste 104, Wisconsin Rapids in the Central Wisconsin Cultural Center, with 4,000, air-conditioned square feet to display over 50 quilts.

The show will take place June 15, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.; June 18, 10 a.m. -5 p.m.; June 19, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.; June 20, 10 a.m. -5 p.m.; and June 22, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Tickets for the raffle quilt can be purchased at The Cotton Thimble or by contacting one of the club members.
