Missing child
On June 26 at 12:31 p.m. a Grand Rapids female reported that her 8-year-old son had gone missing. The complainant stated that the child had been on a gray dirt bike and had been wearing a gray and black tank top with green writing on it.
June 27, 2019
Bad renter
On June 27 at 11:42 a.m. a Saratoga male reported that a male renter had taken all of the items, including copper pipes, out of the garage and had placed them in the dumpster. The complainant stated that he could not locate any of his items.
June 28, 2019
Busted
On June 28 at 8:49 a.m., officers patrolling near Jackson Street in Pittsville spotted three males standing in the open door of a garage. The officers smelled marijuana and made contact with the three, two of whom identified themselves with valid Wisconsin driver’s licenses. The third male refused to provide identification verbally or with ID, but was known due to previous contact with law enforcement.
Strange activity
On June 28 at 11:46 a.m. the employee of a Wisconsin Rapids medical provider reported observing a male subject sitting on a fire hydrant with a large wrench. The employee stated that the male had been there for a long time before getting up and walking away. The man was described as wearing tan pants and a black and red polo.
Erratic driver
On June 28 at 9:25 p.m. a Sigel resident reported that an unknown individual who had been sitting in their driveway had pulled out and was now driving around in a field. The complainant was unable to discern what vehicle the subject was driving.
