Road work on Second Avenue to continue through Aug. 26

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Road work on Wisconsin Rapids’ Second Avenue South/WIS 54 is scheduled to last until Aug. 26.

On July 8, work began on removal of an island and hole patching on the road.

During repairs, traffic will be restricted to one lane in each direction between the roundabout and WIS 13/Riverview Expressway.
