PORT EDWARDS – The Alexander House will host an opening reception, on July 19, 5-8 p.m.,  for the collaborative show featuring Nancy B. Blake and Joe Clark, which will run July 17 – Aug. 27.

The exhibit will feature fiber arts, jewelry, and photography from Blake and Raku, stoneware, and watercolors from Clark.

Both Nancy and Joe have had art and creativity at the core of their lives, sharing their knowledge and experience through education and coordination of artistic experiences.  Joe taught art in public schools for 30 years, and was the art director at the Alexander House for 11 years.  Nancy has organized juried art shows over 15 years, worked to include art in STEAM fields, and included art across the curriculum in programs at UW-Madison.
