On July 9 at 1:22 p.m. an anonymous complainant reported that there were children yelling at cars and throwing soda bottles at them as they drove by. The complainant stated that the children were yelling swear words and derogatory words. The incident occurred on South Eighth Street in Wisconsin Rapids.

Exploding concrete
On July 10 at 9:15 p.m. it was reported that a piece of concrete had exploded, resulting in a large chunk of concrete laying in the middle of the road on South Eighth Street in Wisconsin Rapids.

Kids v. car
On July 14 at 4:40 p.m. a Wisconsin Rapids female reported that there are neighborhood children who routinely run around her yard waving sticks. The complainant alleged that due to the children’s activities, marks have been left on her vehicle. The incidents occurred at a residence on North 16th Street in Wisconsin Rapids.

Stranger Things
On July 15 at 9:03 a.m. a Wisconsin Rapids female reported that she had recently started to hear strange noises coming from outside her residence and had just recently discovered water in her basement. The noises and flooded basement occurred at a residence on South 19th Street in Wisconsin Rapids.
Puppies for sale
On July 15 at 6:38 p.m. it was reported by a female that there were puppies being sold at a Wisconsin Rapids pet store that did not look like they were adequately being taken care of. The complainant stated that they were stuffed into a small cage and that a worker had informed her that they were not even supposed to be selling dogs.
