NEKOOSA – A Small Community Forum will be held at the Nekoosa Community Center on Sept. 11 to allow residents from many of Wisconsin’s small communities to come together, address common issues, network, share best practices, and identify strategies to address shared concerns. This gathering is about sharing ideas, learning and networking to identify strategies to enhance the health and future of rural Wisconsin. People interested in small town and rural Wisconsin are invited to attend, including those involved in quality of life issues, business, government, education, the nonprofit sector, civic and community development.
The forum will be held Sept. 11, 7:30 a.m. – 1 p.m., at the Nekoosa Community Center, 416 Crestview Lane, Nekoosa.
