Out of control teen
On August 14 at 11:26 p.m. a Wisconsin Rapids female reported that her 16-year-old son had grown very angry and proceeded to swear non-stop while throwing various objects, including a fan which was thrown at his brother’s head. The complainant stated that the juvenile had since left the residence and gone to his grandmother’s house.

Suspicious activity
On August 15 at 5:16 p.m. an employee of a medical clinic in Wisconsin Rapids reported that there was a male acting suspiciously. The complainant alleged that the male appeared to be selling bottles of something out of his vehicle.The male himself appeared to be talking to himself while sitting alone in the car, which was off-white in color and parked on Peach Street in Wisconsin Rapids.

Aggressive juvenile
On August 16 at 3:02 p.m. a male reported that there was a 12-year-old female who was swearing and attempting to hit other children at a playground on South 16th Street in Wisconsin Rapids.
August 18, 2019
Angry ex
On August 18 at 7:24 p.m. a Wisconsin Rapids female reported that her ex had came over to her residence without her permission and smashed the TV in the living room with an electric drill before leaving. The complainant stated that the incident had taken place at her residence on Reddin Road in Wisconsin Rapids.
Suspicious activity
On August 19 at 6:45 p.m. a female reported witnessing two males dragging a small female child by her hair. The child was described as black haired and wearing a pink shirt. The incident took place on South Eighth Street in Wisconsin Rapids.
