Nekoosa soccer beats Adams-Friendship in shutout

ADAMS-FRIENDSHIP – The Nekoosa boys varsity team shutout Adams-Friendship in a Sept. 5 South Central conference matchup at Adams-Friendship Middle School.
Brett McKeel scored three goals in the first half. Blaze Thurber scored two in the second half, one with assistance from McKeel.
The Papermakers are now 1-0 in conference and are heading to the Wautoma invitational on Sept. 7.
