Lincoln cross country takes second and third at Norski invite

DEFOREST – The Lincoln cross country teams took second and third at the Norski Invitational held Sept. 5 at Windsor Commons.

The girls placed second overall, behind Shorewood.

Four runners medaled, with Willow Sering placing second overall, with a time of 20:16. Faith Dix followed in sixth place, with Sarah Price in 11th and Mason Schuld in 18th.

The boys placed third overall, behind Sauk Prairie and DeForest.

Four boys also medaled, with Harrison Sullivan finishing sixth overall with a time of 17:48. He was followed by Noah Dalage, 10th; Zac Hamel, 13th; and Harry Lambert, 21st.
