Possible animal abuse
On Sept. 17 at 6:06 p.m. a female reported that animal abuse was taking place at a Wisconsin Rapids pet shop. The complainant stated that the puppies seemed very lethargic and were covered in feces, kittens appeared to have eye infections, and there were puppies in small cages and six kittens stuffed in one cage.

Chevy vs. Trailer
On Sept. 18 at 9:54 a.m. it was reported that the previous night around 10:30-11 p.m., a 38-year-old female had backed her blue Chevy Silverado into a trailer house at a mobile home park in Wisconsin Rapids.
September 19, 2019
School theft
On Sept. 19 at 12:52 p.m. an employee of a Wisconsin Rapids elementary school reported that someone had stolen a couple hundred dollars from the school. The complainant also reported that some of the school’s plants had been damaged.

Reckless endangerment
On September 23 at 5:17 p.m. a Wisconsin Rapids male reported that there was a male subject who was shooting a bow in the backyard of a Jefferson Street residence. The complainant stated that he was concerned because there were kids that were running around.
