Assumption tennis takes fourth in sectionals; Hartley advances

MARSHFIELD – The Assumption Royals tennis team placed fourth in Oct. 7 sub sectionals held in Marshfield.
Winning matches were singles players: Maria Hartley, Kate Eithun, and Carly Hintz; and the doubles team of Kendall Schmidt and Izzy Yungworth.
No. 1 singles, Maria Hartley will advance to sectionals Oct. 10 in Eau Claire.
The Royals ended the season 11-6.
