Accident near Nekoosa detours traffic

NEKOOSA – On Oct. 9, an accident on Highway 173 near County Rd GG detoured traffic for a couple of hours near Nekoosa.
The accident occurred around 11:30 a.m. and was reported to involve two trucks.
The Wood County Sheriff’s Department, Nekoosa Fire Department, Port Edwards Fire Department, and Wisconsin State Patrol responded to the scene.
