Felon on the loose
On Nov. 5 at 10:30 a.m. it was reported that a Wisconsin Rapids man convicted of a felony had been released from the Winnebago Correctional Center for a work program but had not showed up. The man had arrived at the property but did not go into the building and was being considered an escapee from prison, with a felony body warrant for his arrest. The escape occurred at roughly 5:45 a.m. that morning.
Ongoing harassment
On Nov. 5 at 11:01 a.m. an employee of a Wisconsin Rapids pawn shop reported that there was a male who was driving by her house and harassing her and her friend. The complainant stated that the harassment was ongoing.
Nov. 6, 2019
Illegal dumping
On Nov. 6 at 1:56 p.m. an employee of a Wisconsin Rapids moving company reported that somebody was illegally dumping brush on the property and refusing to clean it up.
Disturbance
On Nov. 6 at 9:29 p.m. an employee of a social services organization in Wisconsin Rapids reported that there was a male subject who had broken a table and refused to go to bed.
Nov. 11, 2019
Threatening male
On Nov. 11 at 7:24 p.m. an employee of a social services organization in Wisconsin Rapids reported that there was a male with a knife in his room who was making threats and had used the knife to scrape things. The subject had no other weapons in his possession.
