Welfare check
On Nov. 20 at 8:59 a.m. it was reported that a mother was blowing smoke into her baby’s face in order to calm it. The incident reportedly took place at a residence on Smith Street in Wisconsin Rapids. The complainant requested a welfare check.
Employee theft
On Nov. 20 at 1:55 p.m. the owner of a restaurant on State Highway 73 in Wisconsin Rapids reported that one of their employees had stolen a purse. The complainant stated that they had video footage of the theft. The employee was reportedly confronted and fired after returning the money.

Burglary
On Nov. 25 at 4 p.m. a Wisconsin Rapids male reported that his Ruby Avenue residence had been broken into. The man stated that the door had been kicked in and his fish tank, turtle, and other items had been taken.
