Stratford wrestling rolls past Nekoosa

MARSHFIELD – The Stratford High School wrestling team rolled to a 58-12 win over Nekoosa on Dec. 5 in Nekoosa.

Karter Stuttgen (120 pounds) won 12-4, Benno Wenzel (126) won by pin in 3:52, Gavin Drexler (132) won by pin in 1:49, Max Schwabe (138) won by pin in 1:09, Konner Stuttgen (145) won by pin in 2:31, Gavin Kirsch (152) won by pin in 2:52, Cole Marten (220) won by pin in 1:32, and Dawson Moen (285) won by pin in 2:22, while Jake Heiden (160) and Hunter Ford (182) both won by forfeit.
