WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Wisconsin Rapids Riverkings swept the weekend with a 5-2 win on Dec. 5 and 9-1 win Dec. 6, over the Minnesota Mullets.

The Riverkings had many firsts this weekend as newcomer, Logan Harris, scored his first Riverkings goal Thursday night, and Gabe Aigner, who joined the team in November, scored his first Saturday night.

Brayden Uttech had his first multi-point weekend claiming two goals Friday and another on Thursday. Patrick McCoy had two on the weekend.

Adrien Sel, Kyle Smith, Colton Flammini, Jered Stevenson, Luke Millius, Markus Cook, Jordan Stear, and Cole Creger all claimed goals on the weekend. Along with a wide range of assists going to Reece McDonald, Harris, Max Moore, L. Millius, Dawson Leduc, Creger, Stevenson, Flammini, Cook, Stear, Patrick McCoy, Zack Hartley, Uttech, and Gabe Aigner.

The Riverkings came off of a two-week break with fast play and aggressive offense. Goalie Matt Server defended the net well night one as the Riverkings out-shot the Mullets 52-22 and goalie Armand Charland only let one past with the Riverkings dominating the shots 67-19 in the second night.
