Snow emergency declared in the city of Wisconsin Rapids

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Mayor Zachary Vruwink has declared a snow emergency in the city of Wisconsin Rapids, running Jan. 18 at 5 a.m. until Jan. 19 at noon.
Vehicles cannot be parked on city streets during a snow emergency. Any vehicles parked, stopped, or left standing on city streets are subject to being ticketed.
Wisconsin Rapids property owners must clear snow and ice from their sidewalks within 24 hours of a snowfall.
