On Feb. 23 at 10:27 a.m. a female reported hitting a male subject on a bike on South 17th Avenue in Wisconsin Rapids. The female stated that the male had fled the scene after being hit.
Feb. 24, 2020
Dangerous Driving
On Feb. 24 at 6:14 a.m. an employee of a Lincoln school reported that a Nissan Altima, with no plates, had nearly run her off the road. The complainant stated that the car had almost hit another vehicle before pulling into the parking lot of the school.
Peanut thief
On Feb. 24 at 10:58 a.m. an employee of a Wisconsin Rapids grocery store reported that, on multiple occasions, a female would enter the store in the mornings to steal bags of peanuts.

Human trafficking concern
On Feb. 25 at 5:13 p.m. an employee of a Wisconsin Rapids restaurant reported a female who was panhandling on Kuhn Avenue in Wisconsin Rapids. The complainant reported concern that the female was a victim of human trafficking.

Car chases pedestrian
On Feb. 26 at 10:05 a.m. an employee of a rehab center in Wisconsin Rapids reported that a female driver with a small child in the back was chasing a white man who was on foot.
