ODC to host curbside drop-off drive to benefit food pantry

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Opportunity Development Center (ODC) is hosting a curbside drop-off food drive to benefit the SWEPS food pantry.
Collection will take place on four Saturdays, April 25 and May 2, 9, & 16, 9 a.m. – noon, at 1191 Huntington Avenue in Wisconsin Rapids.
ODC staff will be on site to help with donations. To make a contribution, use the ODC main parking lot entrance – east entrance – and pull up parallel with the sidewalk. Place your items on the pallet on the sidewalk, return to your vehicle, and depart through the west entrance.
Items needed, include: peanut butter, cereal, jelly, oatmeal, coffee, pancake mix, tea, brown rice, canned vegetables, white rice, soup, crackers, Pork & Beans, Ramen, tuna, mac & cheese, canned meat, Hamburger Helper, spaghetti sauce, spaghetti noodles, tomato products, dry pasta, dish soap, shampoo, laundry soap, conditioner, toilet paper, and toothpaste.
Items should be non-expired, unopened, non-perishable, and nothing homemade or that needs refrigeration or is frozen.
