Arborceek Independent Senior Living: Freedom with care

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Arborceek Independent Senior Living is a community for those aged 55 and older that offers freedom with care in the Wisconsin Rapids area.
Director of Community Relations Jim Miklesh says that the community follows an “aging and placing” plan.
“Our buildings allow our tenants to ‘age in place;’ we are the only community in Wisconsin Rapids that offers independent, assisted, and memory care living options. What this means is that a loved one does not need to leave the community to receive additional care so they can ‘age in place.’

“The building is turn-key. What we mean by that is that everything is taken care of for the tenant so they can enjoy the social aspects of the community without the burdens of home ownership.”
Tenants pay rent on a one- or two-bedroom apartment, with heat and water included, and most of what you need.
“Potential tenants who come into our building typically are looking at downsizing from their homes,” Miklesh added. “They are looking at simplifying their responsibilities for lawn care, snow removal, and home maintenance.”
The facilities are located at 1410 Two Mile Avenue, Wisconsin Rapids.
