Rudolph Honor Veterans Honor Walk returns
For the City Times
WISCONSIN RAPIDS – American Legion Post No. 485 has installed their 2021 Rudolph Veterans Honor Walk on Main Street and Grotto Avenue.
In 2020 the Honor Walk had featured 25 veteran banners on display from mid-May to mid-November.
“This year we have expanded our walk to 34 Honoree banners. There was such a demand for families and friends to honor their veterans that I was starting to put the names on a waiting list for future years. I wasn’t comfortable running a large waiting list, so we expanded to 34 spots in Rudolph,” said Rich Cournoyer, commander of Rudolph American Legion Post No. 485.
