TOWN OF ROME – On Dec. 15, Kwik Trip, Inc. completed the acquisition of Pritzl’s Trading Post, at 251 State Highway 13 in the town of Rome.

“Starting immediately after the acquisition, construction to remodel the existing building into a new Kwik Trip inside will begin at the same handy site on Highway13 and County Highway D. While the process will be prioritized as much as possible, safety protocol will require the construction site to be closed to all traffic until the new store opens,” a Kwik Trip release stated>

“When completed, the newly remodeled store will be worth the wait. In addition to more fueling stations, it will feature all the values and convenient products and service Kwik Trip guests love… The inside look will incorporate a softer color scheme and seating.”

The remodeling is expected to be completed in May 2022.
