Curry resigns from District 11, county seeks applicants

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Kenneth Curry has resigned from the position of Wood County Supervisor for District 11, effective April 19.

Wood County Clerk Trent Miner said that applications are now being accepted for the position.

“Any citizen living in District 11, Wood County, may apply,” Minor said.

District 11 consists of village of Biron; town of Grand Rapids, Ward 11; and city of Wisconsin Rapids, Wards 11-13 and 17.

Resumes or letters of interest should be sent to Trent Miner, Wood County Clerk; P.O. Box 8095; Wisconsin Rapids, WI, 54495.

Deadline for applying is April 22.
