Lois J. Felch, age 75, of Nekoosa, WI died Sunday, April 2, 2023 at her home surrounded with her family
at her side.

Services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, April 7, 2023 at Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home in Nekoosa.
Interment will take place at Forest Hill Mausoleum in Wisconsin Rapids. The family will greet relatives
and friends at Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home on Friday from 10 – 11 AM.

Lois was born October 23, 1947 to James and Mae (Peterson) Severson and (Charles Mummert). She
attended local Schools in Granton, WI. Lois married Dewane Felch on April 19, 1969 in Port Edwards,
WI. She was employed by Nekoosa Port Edwards Paper Co. (Domtar) in Port Edwards for more than 37
years, retiring in January of 2003. In her spare time, Lois enjoyed gardening, canning, fishing, hunting,
and hobby farming. She had a special love for animals, especially her cats. Lois enjoyed her trips up
north to her Cabin in Winter, WI and also her fishing trips with Dewane to Kentucky for over 30 years.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and when 4 pm came around she enjoyed having
a Pabst Blue Ribbon.

Lois is survived by her husband Dewane Felch of Nekoosa, WI; sisters: Linda Roder of Marshfield, WI,
Charla Butcher of Willington, IL, sister-in-laws: Elizabeth Millard of Town of Port Edwards, WI, Lorraine
(John) Cook of Wis. Rapids, WI, Charlene (Mark) Krzykowski of Wis. Rapids, WI, Sue Felch of Vesper, WI,
Deb (Terry) Gruenwald of Nekoosa, WI Edwin (JaLynn) Allison of Nekoosa, WI and many nieces and
nephews. She is further survived by special friends Logan and Jake Pech and many other friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Janice Zins, in-laws Jack (Lilly) Allison, brother-in-laws:
Allen Millard and Jack Felch.

The family will establish a memorial in Lois’s name at a later date.
The family would like to thank the staffs at Promedica Hospice, Edgewater Haven, and the ICU unit of
Aspirus Riverview Hospital for the excellent care given to Lois.
