Class Offered to Improve Balance and Reduce Falls

Have you noticed a change in your balance? Afraid you may fall? Or want more information about what you can do? If so, this class may be for you.
Stepping On is a seven-week class to help adults reduce falls and stay active. In this interactive weekly class, learn about balance and strength exercises, safety at home, and ways to be strong and steady wherever you go.
Sign-up is required and spots are limited. Please call the Aging & Disability Resource Center to reserve a spot! 1 888-486-9545. Classes will be Mondays, Nov. 6 – Dec. 18 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM
