WISCONSIN RAPIDS — John “JR” Siewert, Broker/Owner for Coldwell Banker Siewert Realtors announced that Carrie Nikolai, has completed a seven-week instructor led program which introduces best practices and key resources important for a successful career in real estate.
Nikolai recently completed Launch, a Coldwell Banker University program designed exclusively for sales associates affiliated with the Coldwell Banker® brand. The live, instructor led online program provided Nikolai with best practices, tips, and insights on building her business plan, working effectively with clients and planning for contingencies and challenges in her business.
Coldwell Banker University develops and delivers learning opportunities through their national education center for professionals in the Coldwell Banker network.
“Carrie completed this interactive course which provided her with resources and know-how that will enable her to jump start her real estate career,” said Siewert. “It is critical for new sales associates to quickly gain the necessary knowledge to successfully interact with clients and garner business.
