For the Rapids City Times
WISCONSIN RAPIDS – St. John the Evangelist Episcopal Church, 320 Oak St., Wisconsin Rapids, invites all pet owners to the “Blessing of the Animals” special service, set for 11:30 a.m., Oct. 7.
