“Fill ‘er Up” Aspirus Women’s Girls Night Out for March 7
For the City Times
Do you ever walk into a room and can’t remember why?
The health of our brains, like the health of our bodies, depends on several factors. You may be surprised at how making just small tweaks to your daily routine can boost your intellect, postpone mental aging, and help you live a longer life.
Aspirus invites all ladies to learn more about brain health at the free Aspiring Women girls’ night out, “Fill ‘Er Up.” Aspirus Physician Assistant Florence Neilitz, PA-C will discuss the six pillars of a healthy brain and how to optimize your brain health. Ladies will also sample brain-boosting appetizers and take home recipes and an Aspiring Women gift.
“Fill ‘Er Up” will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Hotel Mead in Wisconsin Rapids on Tuesday, March 7. Attendance is free; but space is limited, and advance registration is required.
To register, visit aspirus.org/AspiringWomen or call 1-800-847-4707. Attendees must register individually. Registration closes on March 1.
