May 29
Target Practice: At 10:21 a.m. a complaint was made from the 300 block of 7th Ave. South to inform police that someone had shot something through the caller’s window.
Dog Bite: At 11:03 p.m. a call was made from the 900 block of 1st Ave. South to report that a small dog had bitten her in the butt.
False Alarm: At 2:25 a.m. a report was made of a man who overdosed at a restaurant on the 2300 block of 8th St. South — police arrived to find no customers in the establishment.
May 30
Debris Attack: At 8:54 a.m. a call was made from Riverview Expressway to report that rocks fell out of a dump truck and broke his windshield.
Mashed Potatoes: At 9:12 p.m. a call was made to report something the caller saw on Facebook — a father who allegedly pushed his child’s face into a place of mashed potatoes and “broke his spirit”. The post has since been deleted.
Gunshot: At 11:38 p.m. a report was made by the 1700 block of Wickham Ave. regarding a gunshot heard in the area.
May 31
Hit and Run: At 3:32 p.m. a call was made from the 600 block of 4th Ave. South to report that someone had hit their passenger side mirror and broke it off.
Spare Change: A call was made from the 1800 block of Baker St. regarding a woman who continually kept asking strangers for money.
Half-Naked: At 9:32 p.m. a report was made from the area of High St. concerning a half-naked man walking down the street. He was suspected to be intoxicated.
