Cat Urine: At 10:07 a.m. a complaint was made from apartments on the 3200 block of Franklin St. regarding the overpowering smell of cat urine.
Hissy Fit: At 2:18 p.m. dispatch were notified of an intoxicated man by Witter St. who had been laying on the sidewalk and throwing his phone.
Prowler Alert: At 1:15 a.m. a call was made concerning a man walking back and fourth in the area of Boles St. and 29th Ave. South. This man was dressed in all black and had been in the area for two hours.

Thievery: At 7:10 p.m. a report was made to police from the 800 block of 11th Ave. North regarding the theft of items from a person staying with the caller.
Orange Donuts: At 1:16 a.m. dispatch was notified of an orange car doing donuts in the parking lot of a business on the 4300 block of Eighth St. South.
Burglary: At 4:32 a.m. a caller reported a burglary in progress in the 600 block of Lincoln St. Police would catch up to the would-be burglar, and charges will be filed.

Animal Cruelty: At 1:23 p.m. a call was made from a parking lot on the 4300 block of Eighth St. South to report that a dog had been left inside of a vehicle with the windows down, and had been panting.
Knock-Knock: At 11:43 p.m. a report was made from the 2000 block of 12th St. South concerning a person that had been banging on the caller’s back door minutes before the call.
Late Night Disturbance: At 12:42 a.m. a call was made from the 2000 block of Sherri Ln. regarding loud, fighting neighbors.
