Police & Sheriff Calls for Sept. 11-12

Voyeur: At 3:28 p.m. a complaint was made from the 2900 block of Sampson St. that a man had been pointing a camera at his house.
Not a Crook: At 4:01 p.m. dispatch was notified of a caller getting constant text messages accusing them of stealing a family member’s phone.
Drug Party: At 9:22 p.m. a call was made from the 400 block of Dewey St. to report that eight people had been allegedly passed out due to rampant drug activity.

Fido is Fine: At 11:54 a.m. a report was made from the 1700 block of 17th Ave. South concerning a dog locked in a truck. Police would find that another person was in the truck with the dog, and the air conditioner running in the vehicle.
Ashtray Thief: At 3:50 p.m. a break-in of a truck was reported on the 1100 block of 19th Ave. South. Items missing include a bluetooth speaker, cigarette lighter, and an ashtray.
Night Child: After approximately 2:00 a.m. a call was made from the 1200 block of 19th Ave. South to report that a small child had wandered outside, wearing only a diaper.
Man in Black: At 2:48 a.m. a call was made from the area of 12th St. South concerning a suspicious man, dressed all in black, who was reported to have been sitting on the side of the road with his legs in the roadway.
