WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Alexander House will host an exhibit featuring the artworks of the Brush and Palette Club.
The exhibit will feature a variety of two and three-dimensional artworks on display, capturing an array of subject matter in various media.
The Brush and Palette Club is a group of local artists who gather to learn, socialize, and exhibit their work. Members meet monthly and participate in various activities, including field trips, art classes, or discussing art work.
Exhibiting artists, include: Jeannie Endrizzi, Ann Galecki, Rosemary Mooney, Sarajane Snyder, Karen McLean, Nancy Leichtnam, Diane Sweat, Elizabeth Hainline, Peggy Meyer, Rachel Sweat, and Lilas Smith.
An opening reception will be held Oct. 19, 5-8 p.m., with artists present. The exhibit will continue through Nov. 27.
The Alexander House, 1131 Wisconsin River Dr., Port Edwards, is open 1-4 p.m.,Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday or by special appointment. For more information, visit alexanderhouseonline.org
