Annual 'Wiggin Out' Event Announced at Karen's Wines & Steins

WISCONSIN RAPIDS -- Karen's Wines & Steins will host their annual 'Wiggin' Out' event on Thursday, Feb. 8 from 6-8PM.

The fundraiser will feature a silent auction and cash raffle where 100 percent of the proceeds will go to the Hot Pink YOUniversity Women Warriors Fun at Aspirus Riverview Healthcare Foundation. These proceeds will benefit local women currently in cancer treatment. Wigs of all colors are encouraged to be worn during the event.

"We've raised $8,000 in the past two events to bring comfort for things that insurance doesn't cover like wigs, massage, make up lessons during chemo/radiation, transportation, medical beds, gas money for treatment appt and so much more."

Karen's Wines & Steins is located at 160 First St. North.
