Area collegiate students receive honors

Minnesota State Mankato announces 2020 spring Dean’s List

Among 4,290 students, a total of 1,485 students qualified for the High Honor List by achieving a 4.0 average, while 2,805 students earned a 3.5-3.99 average to qualify for the Honor List.

To qualify for academic honors, undergraduate students must be enrolled for at least 12 credit hours for the semester.

During the 2020 spring semester, because of the pandemic, there is an exception for undergraduate students who elect to use “pass/no credit” grades. Under this exception, those who received “P” grades will still be eligible for Dean’s list honors.

Local students include: Rudolph – Grace Hartman, High Honor; Wisconsin Rapids – Cale Benitz, Honor List.

 

Area students named to Dean’s List for spring semester at UW-Eau Claire

The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire named 3,100 students to the spring 2020 Dean’s List.

Spring 2020 University of Dubuque Dean’s List

The University of Dubuque has announced the Spring Semester 2020 Academic Dean’s List.

To be named, a student must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale for that semester.

Those named include Elle Leberg of Wisconsin Rapids.

 

UW-Platteville announces Spring 2020 Chancellor’s List

The University of Wisconsin-Platteville announced its Chancellor’s List, honoring those with perfect 4.0 grade-point averages for the spring 2020 semester.

A total of 467 students earned the honors at the three campuses: UW-Platteville, UW-Platteville Baraboo Sauk County and UW-Platteville Richland.

Students from this area who earned the 4.0 grade-point average include: Rudolph – Nicole Blonien, Lincoln High School, Biology; Wisconsin Rapids – Breanna Leffel, Lincoln High School, Electrical Engineering.

 

Chileski named to UW-Parkside Dean’s and Provost’s Lists

Krystal Chileski, of Wisconsin Rapids, was named to the Dean’s and Provost’s Lists at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside for the Spring 2020 semester.

To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must earn at least a 3.5 grade point average. To qualify for the Provost’s List, students must earn at least a 3.8 grade point average.
