WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Central Wisconsin Cultural Center invites artists and community members to submit their original art for three upcoming exhibits and a holiday fair.
Large scale art exhibit entries will be accepted Oct.10 - 16, during Cultural Center hours or by appointment. All works must be 24 inch x 36 inch or larger. Exhibit dates are Oct. 20 – Nov. 3, with an opening date of Oct. 20, 6-9 p.m., during the Art on Tap event. Tickets for Art on Tap are available at Richard’s Liquors and the Cultural Center.
The holiday fair art sale entries will be accepted Oct. 31 – Nov. 6, 2018. The Holiday Art & Gift Fair shopping dates will be Nov. 9 – Dec. 22. All original works must be created by the person submitting the art.
Cranberry art exhibit entries will be accepted Feb. 26 - March 5. Wisconsin's cranberry harvest season is right now. During this colorful season, artists and community members are encouraged to plan ahead for the 2019 Cranberry Art Exhibit. This is the perfect time to get out and get inspired at a local marsh. Don't forget to take photographs to keep and inspire your work. Exhibit dates will be March 15 - April 18.
