WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Wisconsin Rapids FACT group at Lincoln High School met with their principal, Ronald Rasmussen, in mid-December to discuss vaping in their school and how FACT can work to assist with solutions. Like other districts in the state and across the country, vaping has become a growing concern locally. FACT is a youth-driven movement of Wisconsin teens spreading the truth about tobacco since 2001.
