Herbert M. Frank, 87, formerly of Wisconsin Rapids and Nekoosa, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at the Veteran's Home at King.
As were is wishes, there will not be any public viewing or service. A private burial will take place at Forest Hill Cemetery. Herman-Taylor Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Frank family.
