KeySavings Bank Announced Change in Leadership

KeySavings Bank has announced that Bruce W. Rokke will succeed Lawrence H. Schmick as president and CEO.

The change took affect Dec. 31, 2015. Schmick will remain as Vice Chairman of the Bank Board of Directors.

Rokke is currently vice president of KeySavings Bank. He has also held the positions of secretary and treasurer of the bank.

Rokke earned an MBA Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Minnesota State University-Moorhead. He is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Community Bank Management.

The bank also announced other management changes:

Todd L. Buntrock, currently secretary, will become vice president.

Darin L. Olson, currently treasurer, will become secretary/treasurer.

Tamatha J. Huser, currently senior customer service representative, will become assistant secretary.

Tracy L. Ostrowski, currently deposit, operations and marketing supervisor, will become operations officer.

KeySavings Bank, founded in 1920, is a locally owned community bank with two branches. It has one branch in Wisconsin Rapids and another in the Town of Rome.
