Eastbound lanes ofJackson Street, between 4th Ave. North to 2nd Ave. North, will be closed for street reconstruction as of Sept. 13.
A full street closure of Jackson St. at the 3rd Ave. North intersection is expected to to occur later this week. Construction is expected to last until late October.
