WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The city of Wisconsin Rapids Parks & Recreation Department has announced that the Mead Splash Pad will close for the season on Sept. 15 at 8 p.m. The splash pad is located at 311 17th Ave. South, Wisconsin Rapids.
