Nekoosa Lions Club honors Randy Soika and Parti-Animal with Quarterly Kindness Award

Posted

NEKOOSA – The Nekoosa Lions Club is proud to announce that Randy Soika, owner of Parti-Animal, has been named the recipient of the club’s quarterly Kindness Award. This honor recognizes individuals and businesses that go above and beyond to serve the local community through acts of generosity and civic leadership.
Soika was nominated for his consistent and impactful contributions to the Nekoosa area. Most notably, his efforts in purchasing and personally delivering backpacks to students at Humke Elementary ensured that local children started their school year with the tools necessary for success. Additionally, Soika was a driving force in organizing and leading fundraising efforts for the Nekoosa Police Department’s K9 unit, a vital resource for local law enforcement.
“These kind acts of generosity do not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated,” the Lions Club noted in their commendation. “Randy’s dedication to our youth and our public safety helps make Nekoosa a better place to live and call home.”
The Kindness Award is presented every three months to highlight the quiet heroes of the community. For Randy Soika and the team at Parti-Animal, the award serves as a testament to the power of local business owners taking an active role in the well-being of their neighbors.
A formal presentation of the award took place recently, celebrating a partnership of service between local business and community organizations.
