Christmas Thief: At 9:06 a.m. a call was made to dispatch to report the theft of two new cellular phones from a residence on the 3200 block of Franklin St.
Ghost of Christmas Present: A call was made from a residence on the 300 block of 14th Ave. North from a concerned caller regarding a ghost in his house.
Car Seat Thief: At 1:58 p.m. a call was made from the 1500 block of 23rd Ave. South in regards to the theft of car seats.
'Emergency Beacon': At 4:24 a.m. a call was made from a concerned neighbor on the 400 block of 11th Ave. North over a flashing light coming from a nearby house. Instead of a believed emergency beacon, officers found it to be just a flashing porch light going out.
