Dazed and Confused: A call was made from the 2100 block of 8th St. South regarding an elderly man who looked "dazed and confused" as he walked across 8th St.
Unsafe Driving: At 2:20 p.m. a call was made from the corner of Seneca Rd. and 2nd Ave. South regarding a small blue vehicle weaving in and out of the road while passing others at a high rate of speed.
Unsafe Biking: At 7:56 p.m. a call was made from the corner of Gaynor Ave. and 2nd Ave. South regarding three boys riding their bikes in traffic and through the roundabout.
Illegal Proposition: A call was made from the 800 block of 14th St. South regarding a 49-year-old man who propositioned a a 15-year-old.
