Startled Parent: At 3:09 p.m. a call was made from the 200 block off Canal St. to report that an older man attempted to kidnap the caller's 9-year-old daughter. He pulled into the driveway, startling the child, though never got out of the vehicle.
Sunday Funday: At 5:48 p.m. a call was made from the 1000 block of 12th St. North to report that a woman had been continuously driving by his residence, yelling obscenities out her car window.
Offender Alert: At 8:52 p.m. a report was made that alleged that a known sex offender was speaking to her daughter and friend on the 500 block of Eight Ave. South.
Drunk & Disorderly: At 10:05 p.m. a call was placed from the 900 block of First St. North to report a domestic disturbance regarding an intoxicated man pushing around a woman.
Prowler Alert: At 11:06 p.m. a call was placed to dispatch from the 1200 block of 12th St. South to report that a man from down the street had knocked on her bedroom window.
