Daniil Piliya is the latest Riverkings signing, and the 6'2, 210-pound forward comes from the powerful Lokomotiv program in Yaroslavl, Russia. Piliya played the last two seasons with the Caroline Eagles in the USPHL, and the forward looks to make in impact for the Riverkings for this coming season.

"Daniil is an ultra skilled powerful forward with size, and plays a heavy game. Having already played two season in North America Daniil brings a physical presence with his size and speed that fits our style of play," said Riverkings Head Coach Marty Quarters. "Daniil is one of the top young players in the USPHL and his decision to join the Riverkings speaks volume about how much respect the team has gained in the hockey world."

The Riverkings would like to welcome Piliya to Wisconsin Rapids.
