Tri-City Curling Club and Tri-City Youth curling of Wisconsin Rapids hosted annual Intraclub Bonspiel

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – The Tri-City Curling Club of Wisconsin Rapids recently hosted its annual Intraclub Bonspiel. A weekend of curling, food and fellowship with local club teams followed as each team curled 3 games.
“Curling is a sport that can be enjoyed by all ages – we had curlers as young as 12 and as old as 80 curling this weekend,” Curling Club President Lucas Ostrowski said. “We welcome everyone to come and try it out, regardless of their experience level. It’s a chance to have fun, stay active, keep the winter blues away, and connect with others.”
1st Event Winner: Lucas Ostrowski, Kelsey Ostrowski, Kris Peterson, Dana Peterson, Kate McCarthy.
1st Event Runner-Up: Tony & Emily Grolemund, Bart McCarthy, Bummer Gacsko
2nd Event Winner: Andrew, Kasie, William & Jon Borchardt

2nd Event Runner-Up: Chris Kietrys, Bob Wright, Austin Lester & Tim Zacher
