The Wisconsin Rapids Police Department has reported it took less than hour to locate and recover a vehicle stolen sometime last night.
"Wow, it took only one hour to locate this person's stolen car, thanks to our attentive citizens," said a WRPD Facebook post.
According to the WRPD, on December 21 at 5:46 a.m. an Officer from the Wisconsin Rapids Police Department responded to a reported stolen vehicle from the driveway of a residence in the 1300 block of Oak Street in the city of Wisconsin Rapids. The vehicle was stolen during the overnight hours.
