Wild Wednesdays returns to Wildwood

MARSHFIELD — Wildwood Park & Zoo is once again holding its free Wild Wednesdays educational series, featuring eight weeks of wildlife presentations at Wildwood Station.

The summer program runs through Aug. 6, with presentations at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. each Wednesday. All programs last approximately 45 minutes and are held at Wildwood Station, 1800 S. Roddis Ave.

The 2025 lineup includes:

  • June 18: North Lakeland Discovery Center
  • June 25: REGI (Raptor Education Group Inc.)
  • July 9: Sean the Mammoth Hunter
  • July 16: K9 Presentation
  • July 23: Wildlife in Need Center
  • July 30: David Stokes
  • 6: ZooZort

Each Wednesday features two identical presentations to accommodate different schedules. The educational programs are designed to teach visitors about wildlife conservation, animal behavior and environmental stewardship.

Wild Wednesdays is part of Wildwood Park & Zoo's ongoing educational outreach. The zoo, operated by the city of Marshfield, offers year-round programming and free admission.
